We do not provide system management / monitoring the server in this plan. Nevertheless, you have an option to couple this plan and the Server Administration Plan. You can buy the same along with Shared Support Plan of your choice.

In this plan, you will pay for the amount of ticket that is consumed on the help desk. You need to do the estimation of amount of ticket you receive on the help desk and select & purchase the apt plan. This is all it takes to start using out 24x7 help desk.

Tickets are requests raised via email, chat or helpdesk. Our team renders Level 1 & level 2 support all day and all night from our 24x7 delivery centre.

This means that your clients can make use of our support umpteen times. To be concise, you will pay flat fee for each server every month and enjoy our 24x7 technical support for limitless client issues pertinent to the server you sign up for.
